I spent yesterday afternoon and evening on the top of Grouse Mountain near Vancouver. There had been winds in the morning so all the skiing facilities were closed. Only few people had made their way up to the mountain. So it was a rather quite place, just perfect for tangling ...
Die aktuelle Aufgabe, die Laura Harms in ihrer "Diva Challenge" gestellt hat, ist, den Umriss unserer Hand aufs Papier zu bringen und als "String" zu benutzen. Meine Haende sind gross. Deshalb habe ich das Ganze in meinem Skizzenbuch gemacht. Da ist etwas mehr Platz. Der String sah zunaecht so aus:
This week Laura Harms has challenged us to circle around our hands or fingers with a pencil and use the line for a string. So as my hands are quite big, I chose to work in my sketchbook. The string then looked like this:
Viel ist davon am Ende nicht mehr zu erkennen. Mal sehen, ob ich die Namen aller Muster zusammenkriege. Vielleicht ergaenze ich irgendwann noch...
And this is what I came up with in the end. I might name all the patterns some other time....
